Our Policy for Defective Products
We accept returns exclusively for items that are determined to be defective due to manufacturing flaws or damage sustained during shipping. Our goal is to provide you with pieces meant to be cherished for years to come.
Reporting a Defective or Damaged Item:
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you discover a defect or damage.

To help us assess the issue promptly, please include your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and a photograph of the damage.
Resolution:
If deemed defective, we will offer a replacement of the same item if available. If a replacement is not available, or if preferred, we will offer a full refund to your original form of payment.
We will provide instructions and a label for returning the defective item, and return shipping costs will be covered by Gather & Dwell.
Important Considerations:
This policy applies only to manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Returns for other reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect fit, etc.) are not accepted under this specific policy. We encourage thoughtful purchasing, as every design choice is intentional and purposeful.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, if possible, along with all accessories.
